“A well located, reasonably priced hotel near the Bastogne city center. Comfy and quiet rooms, beautiful breakfast, and free onsite parking in their lot or on the street. Also near the 163 rail-to-trail walkway for a pretty stroll. No A/C (but they have fans) so watch out if you happen to be there in a summer heat wave.”

“Staff was super friendly and the room was very spacious but everything was old and run down. The soap dispenser attached to wall came off with the first pump of soap. I rented a refrigerator for 2 days but it stopped working after the first day and it was a wine cooler and not a refrigerator. There was no USB charger in room either. The queen beds had two twin comforters that were very short. Overall it was a very basic hotel. ”

We did not use the spa facilities, so unable to comment on them. The staff were helpful and courteous. “Absolut top und empfehlenswert: durchgehend sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, Zimmer und gesamte Unterkunft in einwandfreiem Zustand, kostenfreie Heißgetränke in der Lobby, Straßenbahn in die City in ca. 5 Fußminuten Entfernung, für Luxemburg hervorragendes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Die von mir als zu hoch empfundenen Gebühren für die Tiefgarage ließen sich durch Parken an der Straße auf "kleines Geld" reduzieren.”

“Ligt in een klein charmant dorpje, heerlijk rustig. Ik bleef maar 1 nacht, op doorreis. Wel bij inchecken allerlei gegevens invullen met pen, voelde beetje terug ik de tijd, maar geen probleem verder. Kamer was echt prima, lekker ontbijtje voor de deur.”

“Staff seemed to be indifferent. Not friendly, not helpful. Never told us fan was in closet until I asked for one. Had to go down. Didn't know what number to call. The room was nice and clean. Nice bathroom. Weather was so hot. Room was almost unbearable. Breakfast was good. Not much staff around to help.”

“Of men is er nog aan het renoveren of het is slecht uitgevoerd. Het water van de douche liep in de badkamer door een bouwblunder. De deuren gaan slecht in het slot wat veel lawaai gaf. Het eten was goed.”
