“Big room but small smoking a lot in a room. I got sick. I do not want to book again.”

“The room is outdated, and you can see parts of the wall breaking and falling off. The AC is loud at night and does not cool the room. The lighting is good in the room, but the hallway is as dark as a scary movie. My biggest complaint is that there is a step in the middle of the room, which is very dangerous, especially when you have children or elderly people with you; if you do not pay attention at night, it could be a major hazard. I almost fell down, but luckily I did not. The location is...

“Very convenient area with lots of good food and shops around. Easy to get taxis at the main intersection. Room was comfortable and clean.”

“My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Merak House Guangzhou. The hotel is beautiful, quiet, comfortable, and conveniently located. Our room was excellent, housekeeping did a great job, breakfast was awesome, and the food at the hotel restaurant was also amazing. What made our stay especially memorable was how the hotel helped us celebrate our wedding anniversary. The staff went out of their way to prepare our room beautifully with flowers, a cake, and other special touches. We truly appreciated...

“Appartement was goed, ruim en schoon. Vriendelijke personeel. Wil graag weer terugkomen.”

“Godt placeret, fantastisk behjælpelig kvinde i receptionen, rent værelse.”
