"The hotel was right at the base of mountain making access to the slopes fantastic. Staff were very nice and accommodating. The rooms were large and clean with a very good breakfast. The only concerns were the basement rooms close to the spa which had a musty odor. English was limited but that’s not their fault it just made communication a little bit of a challenge. Overall, a very pleasant experience, especially, tea and cakes at 5 pm! "

"We stayed at Dedeman with my fiance for a 3 day skiing holiday. This vintage hotel is vibey and pretty well-maintained considering its age - it's clean enough. The food selection at the all inclusive cafeteria was very impressive, we were happily fed - although the alcohol prices are riddiculously high for our standards (unfortunately not included in the all-inclusive package). "Good hotel for ski, a little bit far away from the city. Food is nice and the hotel will do good with a good revamp. But overall we enjoyed our stay very much. Staff are really friendly and helpful, on the last day the hotel/airport transfer almost made us mis our flight, but it turned out ok in the end"

"Nice hotel, very well kept. Thanks to the management and staff! The selection of food at the restaurant is amazing. The slope and the lift is just a minute away from the ski room. The ski rental shop has a good choice of equipment. The ski area itself a bit limited, but it is great for beginners! Apres ski bar is there with nice cocktails and good food! We enjoyed our stay a lot! Thanks to everyone!"
