The only less good side is that the isolation in the windows is not the best so you can hear the traffic outside so because of that it’s good that it’s a less busy area and totally worthy to walk a little longer to the center!! "You can not find a better place. The place had everything you needed amd location to grocery store was close by. The bed was very comfortable and air conditioner was quiet and kept place cool. I would highly recommended staying here. "

"The property itself was beautiful, isolated from the hustling vessel of Porto, and very inviting. They provided four water taxis per day, which was convenient. They were one way into the city. The room was beautiful, but there was no storage in the bathroom, so you had to put your things away each day or look at them, which looks cluttered. We didn’t have a chance to use the pool, but the area is beautiful, many lounges to lie in the sun The breakfast was amazing each morning. The staff was very friendly and attentive."

"Wow!!! This old Palace turned hotel is amazing!!! The service was above first class in all areas. Property was lovely. Breakfast was huge and delicious. We did order a late afternoon meal at the bar area because the restaurant didn’t open til 7:30. we ordered hamburger with fries but it came with chips and we ordered the salad with out chicken. They sent to chicken which was very dry. Loved to walk along the water. We took a 1/2 day private tour of Porto highlights which was excellent "
