Great location to break the drive.

Great location and friendly service. Nice walk along bike trail. Loved the usb lamps. Wifi is available but it says it is not in the room guide. This should be corrected to avoid confusion. Good meal at grand hotel Esk.

Ideal for the BVRT

This is a lovely caravan park and motel. The room has been recently updated and fresh. The bed was comfortable too. It’s a great location to stay if you’re riding the Brisbane Valley Rail Trail.

Over priced

The check in process was quick, although the staff didn’t seem to interested with my presence upon arrival. I booked at Esk Caravan Park & Motel for 2 nights in late December to attend a family birthday party just out of town. I booked the 2 bdrm cabin for myself, mainly for the large size fridge to store food for the party. The kitchen is well equipped with adequate space to prepare food. Large lounge room with air conditioning supplied only to this kitchen/lounge room. The shower has a sit down ‘spa’ with jets in the walls to massage your back while showering. The cabin is clean and tidy, free of insects, odours or signs of previous guests. The tv lost signal constantly, mostly when I wanted to watch it, only to find signal and turn back on once I was asleep I was abruptly awoken by a resident neighbour pounding on my door after midnight because the tv had turned back on at high volume. Due to the aggressive manner in which I was woken up, I did not feel safe for the remainder of the stay. Upon check out, I was told this particular resident often complained at any opportunity. Highly over priced for 2 nights without air conditioning in the bedrooms, no allocated car park close to the cabin, tv without signal, rude residents disturbing the peace. I will hope I do big have to book here again. I opted to sleep on the sofa which is indeed more comfortable than any of the mattresses in the cabin.
