Usually I do not like writing bad reviews, but when it comes to telling the truth and recommending something or not, I just have to. First of all, nothing is “Grand” in this hotel, as visible, do not know where the name comes, but that is not much of importance. The boy at the reception was nice and helpful. The bad part of our trip is that when we got to our room, we saw that it looked nothing like the double standard room on the photos, there was a smell of cigarettes, it was not clean enough, can easily say not maintained well and miserable. When we got to our bed even the sheets themselves did not smell like they were washed, the WiFi login was impossible without the receptionist’s help. We just could not wait to check-out from this place and we even didn’t want to wait for the morning breakfast to begin. Furthermore, we saw another guy bringing some slices of bread in big plastic bags, which was totally gross and left us even more stunned. Apologize If I disappointed all of you readers with the opinion and experience of me and my girlfriend, but this is not the place if you respect yourself and the 3-star standard in the other hotels, as this should’ve been as it is sold and advertised. Oh, and I forgot to mention the parking - just a place behind a building next to the street without fences or anything, you can barely say its a part if the hotel. And yes, all of the 5 spots that are not even made somehow were occupied and we parked randomly on street.

3 kişilik oda ücreti ödeyip rezervasyon yaptırmamıza rağmen 2 kişilik oda verdiler. Görür görmez resepsiyonda ki arkadaşa bilgi verdim. Holtels.com üzerinden bir anlaşmazlık olduğunu söyledi ve hemen 3 kişilik odayı tahsis etti. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve anlayışlıydı. Odalardan çok fazla beklentiniz olmaması gerekiyor kısa süreli konaklamalar için uygun fiyatına göre. Temizlik normal ama oda da önce konaklayanların sigara içtiğini söyleyebilirim kokusu sinmişti. Kahvaltı başarılı çeşit var. Şehir merkezinde ulaşımı kolay. Düşük bütceli konaklamalar için ideal.

Otelden beklentimiz çok yüksek falan değildi. Sadece gece rahatça uyumak ve ertesi gün temiz bir duş ve bir güzel kahvaltı. Ama bu otelde TEMİZLİK diye birşey yoktu. Çarşaflar ve halı lekeli, duş/lavabo komple kireç. Hele camın önü tamamen kuş/güvercin dışkısı. Burada konaklamayı kimseye tavsiye edemeyiz.

Buzdolabıyla iligili sorun yaşadık. çalışmıyordu. bu sıcakta su bile içemedik. bize resepsiyon bu konu teknik konu biz yardımcı olamayız dediler. oda değişikliği istedik biz hangi odada buzdolabı çalışıyor bilmiyoruz dediler oda değişikliği de tapmadılar. suyunuzu mutfak dolabına koyun dediler gece 3 de mutfak dolabına inşp su mu içeceğiz odadan çıkıp. yani ilgi sıfır. bir de haklı çıkmak için bahaneler. sonuç olarak sıfır hizmet

Kalın ve Mutlu Ayrılın

Eşim ile birlikte 2 gece konakladığımız Grand Şah Otel den çok memnun kaldık ve mutlu ayrıldık. Çalışanlar Müdüre Hanımdan Resepsiyondaki Arkadaşlarımıza ve karşılaştığımız diğer çalışanlara kadar içten ve misapirverlerdi. Bize gezecek yerler hakkında da çok yardımcı oldular. Nerelere, nasıl gidebileceğimiz gibi. Otopark konusunda da bir sıkıntı yaşamadık ki, her otelin bir otoparkı bulunmuyor. Odaların temizliği de iyi idi. Bence butik otel gibi diyebilirim. Otel gerçekten de merkezi bir konumda. Biz yürüyerek Odun Pazarı evlerine gidip oradaki Bal mumu müzesi dahil birçok müzeyi gezme şansımız oldu. Sabah kahvaltısı ise açık büfe olup evinizde bulmak istediğiniz her çeşit kahvaltılığı bulmanız mümkün. Tüm Grand Şah Otel çalışanlara teşekkürler.

Otelin işletme mantığı tek kelimeyle “sıfır”, yer olarakta merkeze bayağı uzak. Daha çok şey yazmak isterdim ama çalışanların tecrübesizliğine veriyorum, oda fiyatları sizi kandırmasın kesinlikle DEĞMEZ!

2 oda degistirdim ve ikisinde de temizlikle ilgili problemler yasadim.2 de giris yapmama ragmen yerlesmem saat 5 i buldu ve hicbir sekilde dinlenemedim seyahatim ve tum is durumum aksadi. Odalar cok eski, konforsuz,havasiz, carsaflar eski, kullanilacak malzemeler eksik, heryer toz kir onceki musterilerin kılları yatakta duruyor.
