"The first thing I’m pointing at is the staff. I can’t say enough about how cordial they were. Everyone made sure we were comfortable, especially Erika, that went beyond to make us feel great. This hotel is located inside a the Obelisco Mall, below the parking lot. Although there is a variety of dinning at food court area of the mall, they close pretty early, around 7 pm, and the hotel doesn’t offer a restaurant option itself. "Literally I got a box of matches room. It was supposed to be a double, but the bed was so little, as well as the room.
Poor pillows, towels, toiletries. All room and social areas furniture and toilet is so little.
