"I wanted to be close to the airport for my last night on St. Thomas. Just as the website said, the airport was a 3-5 minute walk! The room was cool, clean and served it's purpose. The most negative thing that I have to say is about the lack of food and the lack of access to food. They did state on the website that the restaurant is closed - so just know before you go - you either have to eat really well before you turn in, bring something with you when you check (4pm) that will keep at room temperature for 2-3 hours until you're ready to eat dinner or go hungry until morning (delivery service was no where to be found). The bar was open for a few hours and I met a person who was there for work. There was supposed to be grilled hot dogs during bar service hours and they didn't even have that nor did any staff member go out to get any so all he had was stale chips."

"Well first of all, the property is beautiful but needs basic upkeep. Noone cleaned our room the entire stay. I saw trash that was there when I arrived and still there when I left 4 days later. The pool was dirty on arrival and dirty when I left. The service at the restaurant on the property was lacking. The front desk staff were awesome but the rest appeared to dislike tourists."

"When I arrived the check in staff was fabulous!! Overall the property is clean and beautiful. Although, it was overall clean my bathroom floor could use a thorough cleaning. Not sure if it is the norm but the response for room service is terribly delayed. Once I reached someone on the line they did provide a quick turnaround for my request. The Westin Resort did not post any events during my stay but maybe I didn’t catch them at a good time. Overall, it was a good experience."
