“Staff always where's there to order us a cab and give us advice as to the island, and the water was consistently warm without troubles. I like how they're complimentary breakfast was not just a series of cereals and cold cuts, but was actually cooked. Small, but appreciated and with a lovely view. I can add the emphasize how beautiful the the rooftop, where there was both a pool, a bar, and a restaurant, truly was and especially at night. “This place has not been updated in years. -Nothing was open in the hotel. No restaurant, no bar, even the pay on your own snack bar had absolutely nothing, not even a water. No airport shuttles as advertised. -I would never recommend staying here. Not even if it was free. -The cost of the taxi to the airport is the same price as if you were on the other side of the island. -Ocean front room I rented has a major road in front of the ocean. Loud all night”

“A lot of money for the conditions of the facilities, A/C has not been given maintenance for a long time, does not cool, uncomfortable bed, old carpet, broken floor, broken closet doors, dirty balcony. The place needs repairs and remodeling. I don't recommend it.”

“Be sure to have breakfast; it is delicious, nutritious, and the view is awe-inspiring. I had several cups of the ginger, mint lemonade- wow! I didn’t spend much time in my room. But it was nice to come back to a clean one. Staff are very friendly! One could not ask for more and get it.”

“I’ll be honest because reading the reviews didn’t help me at all. this isn’t what i was expecting at all. the room that we received had ants all over the bed. air conditioning wasn’t on prior to arrival and had the room HOT for a while, the bathroom was dirty, it looked like someone took a piss all over the bathroom and left it. there was no mirror on the closet although the other rooms had mirrors, there was no refrigerator even though the other rooms had refrigerators. the staff would come in...

“Beautiful vistas from many of the rooms. Located on a hill like many of the properties on the island. Walking virtually impossible due heavy traffic, inconvenience sidewalks and steep inclines... so a cab or rental car necessary daily. Best for an extended stay.”
