“We absolutely loved our stay at The Cove. Even though we were rounding out our St Croix trip with only two nights here, it was quiet, clean, sheik, and a 10/10 stay for us. Doug met us as we were parking and walked us through, offered to help us with our bags and chatted a bit. The property could not have been more thought out. “I love the room. It was spotless and well laid out. We had a lot of room. The balcony was wonderful. The view was wonderful. The keyless doors were great too. The air conditioning in the room worked perfectly. The staff was very helpful and lovely. The little store on site had a lot of nice last minute things. Amenities, drinks, snacks, souvenirs, and toiletries. The drawbacks were pretty minor but here they are: the water pressure in the shower was very low, so don't use a whole lot of soap....

“The staff is amazing. Shelly at front desk was an angel . She managed my travel accommodation and fixed any problems I had while staying. Lala the room attendant was so pleasant I felt at home. Chance who runs the bar an everything else was the highlight of the stay . He was there last time I came . When u go look for these staff members. “We rented the apartment named "The view". The name couldn't have been more accurate. This apartment had a beautiful view of the bay and buck island. We had a super smooth check in and check out. Place was very clean and the host even had snacks and drinks waiting for us when we arrived. All in all this was a very nice place to stay and well worth the money. I would recommend this place.”

“Awesome views at The Waves!! AMA restaurant and Cane bay beach within close proximity made us want to stay on the north shore all week. Front desk and housekeeping were super helpful and responsive to our needs. If you’re looking for a relaxing vacation in St Croix I would highly recommend staying here. “Sandcastle hotel was an awesome place to stay. The front desk personnel were helpful at check-in explaining what was available as far as amenities during our stay. The only thing I can say is the continental breakfast offered at the check-in desk needs an improvement. Other than that, the hotel grounds are pleasant and well manicured. “We stayed eight nights and it was okay. I was shocked by the fact that guests have to pay twenty dollars a day to use an umbrella on the beach, and you only get one free lounger, your travel partner will have to pony up 15 bucks. No coffee maker in any of the rooms. Our sliding glass door to the balcony was broken, and we only had WiFi in our room for about 5 minutes the entire time. The pictures are very inaccurate, the place is in shambles from hurricane damage and it’s a bit depressing when...

“I believe this property is 3 1/2 stars and I normally stay at 4 and 5 star resorts but this place is just quirky enough to make me curious. I'm glad I was because I was pleasantly surprised.
