We came late September and were able to see and hear the elk in rut right from our balcony! The room was extremely beautiful and comfortable which provided a nice place to rest and recover after long hikes. Location was convenient as the shops and restaurants were only around a 5-8 minute drive from the hotel.

The resort was well maintained and the guest rooms have been nicely renovated. The reception staff were welcoming and helpful. I particularly liked the restaurant’s dinner menu, but sadly it had only a limited selection for breakfast and the staff was not motivated. Something to work on to match the rest.

Nice stay. Convenient as short drive to downtown and Beaver Meadows entrance to the RMNP. Ember Restaurant on site was convenient. Would have been nice if the property had a pool or hot tub after a day of hiking. Room was either really hot or cold as the a/c didn’t keep it constant . Value was just okay but it met our needs.

The room was clean, but the hotel only cleans the room upon request. We did request different blankets and more towels and they were promptly provided. Just fyi the comforter is down so if you’re allergic to feathers you will need to request a different blanket. The front staff was nice. We ate breakfast at the restaurant on site, Ember, and it was good. The spa was very nice and we absolutely loved our massages, but it is small and the water temperature in the locker room showers was very erratic. The bathrooms in the lobby of the hotel definitely need to be updated. It would be nice if there were complimentary water bottles in the room. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others.

I can be pretty critical of upper scale hotels but this one checked all my boxes. The front desk staff was friendly, welcoming and competent. The room was clean, fresh, up to date and well equipped. The grounds were very nice, right on Lake Estes and easily accessed. And the restaurant was absolutely over the top. I really enjoyed the Steak Frites. And it was well priced. Five Stars!

The Estes Park Resort exceeded my expectations! The room was spotless, and the entire property was exceptionally well maintained. Even the hallways always had a pleasant, welcoming scent that made the resort feel fresh and inviting. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The location was ideal, just minutes from Rocky Mountain National Park for our daily adventures, while also being a short distance from the restaurants, shops, and attractions in Estes Park. I would absolutely stay here again. On my next visit, I'd love to try one of the cabins, they looked absolutely amazing!
