It was a wonderul room with a great view. Hotel staff was very friendly. I would skip the breakfast room service and opt for the restaurant. Dinner was great and the ambience around the property was fantastic. The walking path is right there for access around the lake. Would definitely stay again.

The room was very nice. We were sitting in the lobby by the fire and a staff person asked if we needed anything…. Very nice. However it is low season and very few people. We were put on the basement floor with a view of a retaining wall. It seems it would have behooved them to put us on the main floor with somewhat of a view so we would be inclined to return.

The restaurant (Ember) and spa (Qi Lounge) were fantastic! The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to be helpful. The room was fantastic with amazing views!
