“Internet service was terrible which made it especially difficult to check in as there was no desk clerk. Not sure if there was even an office. We were able to check in after using the WiFi of the neighboring restaurant. They kindly gave us their password. The towels had bleach stains and were thin. The bed horrible-could feel the springs. “The location was excellent, great views. The only downfall was the construction going on next to our building but the bar and the room was great.”

“No hot tub towels were provided and we paid more for a private hot tub it took 2 hours to get them there were no steps to the hot tub so it was hard to get into and the lid opener was broken so it was hard to open it we reported a constant drip in the shower and was told it would be fixed in 2 days 4 nights later no update and it wasn't fixed pillows and bed was hard and uncomfortable the property is small and disappointing I would choose another hotel in the area”

“Nice bed, clean room, AC that worked well and did not make odd noises, nice view off balcony, good hotel staff. Pool looked nice but I didn't get a chance to use it. Parking in the back C builing may be tight if hotel all filled.”

“I can’t speak highly enough about this little gem of a place on the beautiful Fall River. Conveniently located near Rocky Mtn Ntl Park and Estes Park, Castle Mountain Lodge is the perfect stay. We rented a room, but hope to come back and rent a cabin with our whole family. The staff is delightful and helpful, and the entire place is beautiful, well kept, and we just can’t wait to return next summer!”

“Staff was very friendly and helpful. Lots of parking on sit and very close to the town. I was able to walk 15 minutes to the Estes Park visitors center easily when I didn't want to drive. Each room has a picnic table and lots of area to sit outside. Breakfast was basic- bread, yogurt, waffles but got the job done. The rooms can be a little hot as they use window units. Lastly each room leads directly to the outside.”

“Property is in convenient location only 12 minutes from RMNP, and close to downtown. Bed was very comfy, nice hot shower, quiet, spacious room with fridge, microwave and coffee machine. Great pool and arcade gaming room, but no gym. Limited continental breakfast options, waffles, warm food options, some of them unusual. Staff is great and very helpful, solved any arising issue quickly! The room and bathroom could benefit from some updates, but overall good value for the price!”
