โWe had a wonderful stay at Casa Andina. The staff was friendly, the restaurant was great, and we appreciated the attentive service. The breakfast was amazing, and the hotel and room were very clean. The location was perfect, and we loved the view of Lake Titikaka from our balcony.โ

โThe hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the main square. The family owners of this property are so friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is made to order not the typical stale buffet. We were stuck in the city all day and they allowed us to sit in the lobby and wait. We shared a pizza with the owner and wonderful conversation. The amazing staff more than makes up for the lack of amenities. โ
โA really special stay on the Uros islands, itโs incredibly peaceful and quiet with stunning views across the lake. Itโs fairly basic but is a refreshing change from the chain hotels.โ

โNice place, quiet, great views. There were some communication issues in the beginning and issues getting there. Once that was clear, it was cool. Also, there were some additional charges that were not clearly explained out in the original reservation but it was a nice place and good host. 4/5โ

I recently stayed at, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing from the start. Firstly, the hotelโs address listed on their website and booking platform is incorrect, which made it very difficult to locate. The actual location is quite different, and it took me extra time and effort to finally find the place.

โTurned up at the hotel and the doors were padlocked.
Called them on the number pinned to the door and they said they would be there in 1 hour. I returned in 1 hour and no one showed up.
Hotel.com were useless and have refused to refund me as they say I cancelled and the hotel needs to approve the refund in this instance.โ
โBeautiful place, staff friendly and the food is excellent. They have a Oxigen tank and hot tea as needed for the high sickness . Room has an electrical heater and a good pressure of hot water. I am really enjoying this place.
