Отель расположен в очень красивом месте в самом центре долины Роза Хутор, близко к подъёмникам. Рядом много ресторанов и кафе, хотя и с московскими (а то и выше) ценами. В этом же здании отличный уютный ресторанчик "Красная Поляна". Был номер с балконом и видом на реку. Чисто, удобно, есть чайник, пакетики. В основном, всё есть. Правда, для гостиницы такого ценового уровня странным кажется наличие в ванной одного только жидкого мыла и геля для душа общего применения в диспенсерах. Да и полотенец маловато почему-то было. Завтраки-ужины в отельном ресторане Амстердам не пробовали. Цена 1000 руб. с чел. за завтрак представляется сильно завышенной. Из минусов (помимо цены :) ) - "сауна". В наш заезд она напомнила старый советский короткий анекдот: "Раздевался, через дорогу баня" :) Здесь, правда, через коридор ! И не только раздевалка но и ДУШ ! Сама парилка тоже никакая - градусов 70. У входа есть пульт якобы регулировки температуры. Но за отпущенные 45 мин. повысить хоть на 5 град. так и не удалось. В общем одного похода хватило, чтобы больше уже не ходить. Чтобы не вводить в заблуждение потенциальных гостей, лучше бы её совсем не было. Ну, и цены в высокий сезон запредельные - в Швейцарии дешевле :) Понятно, что это способ "компенсировать" остальное время года. Но в такой гипертрофированной форме, пожалуй, нигде в мире больше не встречал. Как бы то ни было, отдых, в целом, понравился. Персоналу спасибо ! Претензии, собственно, к менеджменту.

Все нормально, только в завтраки хотелось бы добавить глазунью хорошего качества, как в тулипп голд. И уборка должна производиться с 8 до 16, когда люди катаются. А то получается никто её убирает, полотенца не меняет и только воду ставят.
