"Room temp control was not working even after switching the room. The USB charge port did not work in the room and in the switched room too. Bad smell in the room, which caused me to ask for a room change. The new room fixed the odor problem. Overall, the hotel need renovation as things look pale and old. Definitely not a 5-star. "

"I felt super recharged for my connecting flight after spending a night here. It doesn't have a lot of amenities, as it's only a transit hotel, but the room is clean, comfortable, and the staff is very helpful."

"Stay far away from this hotel. It is not good for family or for business. It is inconveniently located in the middle of nowhere, does not actually provide airport shuttle to or from airport, has no restaurants or shops around the hotel, and no food delivery service will drive out that far to deliver. The room service ONLY serves between 6pm and 10 pm (yes you read that correctly). There are no full body towels for taking shower - only hand towels! So strange. The hallways to the rooms are dark and dimly lit. A little creepy. The staff are pretty helpless to assist in anyway getting you to the airport. I know, I know...the hotel architecture will make you think it is a modern hotel at a good price. That is what I thought! I was wrong. Will never fall for this trap again. "

"Lovely hotel, guest services were wonderful, staff spoke English making it easier for this non Korean speaking American to understand. The room was spotless and spacious. Beds were not tempurpedic, but they were comfortable. Nice hot water and good water pressure. Large bottles of water are provided daily."

"Had an amazing time here! The ‘spa pool’ was just a busy recreational pool full of children, but the saunas were lovely & relaxing. The service was 10/10 & the house band at Rubiks was great too"
