"My mom and I stayed in a 2 bed room on lower level. It was clean and we were comfortable and felt safe. Good location. My only complaint was the room with bathtub and toilet was very small. Hard to change clothes if you want privacy."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return! This is a modest, family-run hotel that may not be fancy, but it’s clean, comfortable, well-maintained, and filled with genuine hospitality. Sometimes that’s exactly what makes a place special! The rooms have everything you need, including a coffee maker with supplies, mini fridge, and microwave. They also offer a light breakfast in the office every morning, which was a wonderful convenience before heading out to explore. The location is fantastic! You’re close to everything Eureka Springs has to offer, and there’s a trolley stop right by the hotel for easy access to historic downtown. Not having to navigate those winding streets or find parking is a huge bonus! The staff is incredibly friendly, and you can tell the owners genuinely care about their guests. And then there’s Buddy, their absolutely adorable dog, who might just be the best employee on the property! Buddy alone deserves five stars! Sometimes you don’t need luxury accommodations or fancy extras. A clean room, thoughtful conveniences, a great location, and kind people can make a getaway just as memorable. We left with wonderful memories and a real appreciation for the warm hospitality. It’s the kind of place that reminds you that genuine kindness is worth far more than luxury. We’d absolutely stay here again, and we’d look forward to seeing Buddy, too! ❤️"
