โWe enjoyed our stay here. It wasn't too busy so we got a nice room upgrade. Mark was a very welcoming host- enjoyed the history of the house and property. Had a great meal downtown per his suggestion. Eureka Springs was hopping - amazing band playing downtown. Comfortable and inviting place to stay!โ

โGreat central location. Alex at the front desk was super helpful with our room accommodations and with helping us plan our visit around town. The hotel is of course old (1905) but is charming and well maintained, our bed was very comfortable and we had a nice jacuzzi bathtub in our room. I would definitely recommend this hotel.โ

โWe checked in pretty late, and the physical key was left in the door for us. The lady in the office was super friendly, which really helped us relax during our stay. There were some relatively recent updates to the rooms that made them a bit more comfortable, and it looked like they were doing some renovations on the other side of the building. โScuba Divers dream! Best view, overlooks the lake. The rooms are spacious and clean. The property is old but well-maintained. Excellent proximity to dive shop and dive park.โ
โThe service provided was out of this world. Felt more life family helping than staff. The building is definitely starting to show its age and could use a few updates. It is out of the way of anything so I would recommend bringing some microwable food but that means it is perfect for an escape from the hustle of life and a peaceful retreat. I know it's advertised as a wedding and event destination but I do think it should be more of a retreat destination. โ
