“Great location and Friendly staff. The room is your standard hotel room, nothing too fancy. Beds were clean and comfy. It fit my 3 kids and I comfortably. The shower and toilet room was a bit smaller than what we've had in the past, but overall, it wasnt bad. The pool was the perfect temperature (heated) and went to 8 feet! The hot tub looked pretty nice and sits inside a gazebo room. They also had a couple of yard games (corn hold and connect 4) in the yard by the pool. It was the perfect place...

“We have always wanted to stay at the historic Basin Hotel. Eureka Springs is our favorite place on earth. The hotel was right in the middle of everything and it was like stepping back in time! Having the shuttle service was a game changer! I also love that the hotel had daily activities like the free wine tasting tour in the old speakeasy. That was a highlight!! ”

“We were able to check in a little early which was a huge help! When we got to our room the smoke detector was chirping. I called the front desk and they had maintenance at our door in less than 5 minutes to replace the batteries. After swimming my husband went to get a few more towels. They explained that many other guests had been by to get towels and they were out at the desk but someone would bring us some. Less than 10 minutes and someone was at our door with more than enough towels. ...
