“The room had a mildew smell as soon as I opened the door. The floors had dirty stains on them. The towels had stains, the pillows had holes.The check in staff was friendly. I went to Walmart and got supplies to clean the room, towels and pillowcases.There was not an option to switch hotels near me. ”

“The room and the people were very nice and friendly. The water in the indoor pool was very cold. The shower pressure wasn’t very strong. ”

Pool beer cans and pizza boxes left at pool side, and trash in the pool. We paid for 2 nights and left after 1 night. NEVER WILL I STAY AT A MOTEL 6, I WILL SLEEP IN MY CAR FIRST!!!!!”

“Had to check out early. Front desk told my husband we would have to contact Expedia to get our refund. Expedia tried contacting the hotel and they would not answer/reply to any of their messages.”

“Not as new as photos made it look - at all. This is an old motel. Also, not as large as pictures. Overall, pretty run down for the Best Western name. Not what I expected from Best Western - the reason I trusted it. More in line with an outdated Super 8. The only part I would give 5 star is the back lit vanity mirror which was spotless too. Tub had no traction and was super slick. Shower curtain was white and a little dingy. Bedding was white and looked old and dingy. The pillows on the king bed...

“Do not eat at the Nietos Mexican Restaurant next door. All I ordered was queso and chips. Queso was vivid orange like cheeze whip, lumpy and got cold quickly. The chips are not fresh. Malakoff is just down the road.... The front desk clerk was nice but got impatient because I don't hear well and she had to repeat a lot. Those sconce lights are really bright. Could use a dimmer option. Overall, my stay was good. I would stay there again.”

“Overall an excellent stay. The decor is dated, but it is clean and the beds are super comfortable. There was a sign at the front desk that the hotel will be updated sometime in 2026.”

“Staff was nice. Room was a dump. Toilet seat was carved up and bathtub wall tiles were peeling or missing paint. Room smelled funny. TV remote missing battery door, no ironing board or iron in the room. Room and property generally looked worn down. But again, staff was nice.”
