"The staff was friendly and helpful, even looking up the schedule for us to take the shuttle to Kettlehouse from downtown. The room was very clean and comfortable. And the entry was well-lit, which we appreciated coming in late at night. Breakfast staff was friendly, and kept everything clean and stocked. The food was o.k. Overall a great place; we would recommend it."

"Stayed here for the Missoula Half Marathon. Solid basic hotel. Staff and service was better than any luxury hotel though! They made sure there was a shuttle to pick me up past midnight from the airport and brought my grocery delivery up to my room. Close proximity to coffee shop, grocery store, and some quick service restaurants. I’d stay here again."
