The staff are very friendly and the rooms are clean. Bar on site is a lively place. We did have some issues. Our TV was not working. To tired to care the first night. Told the desk the next morning. Came back that evening still not working was told maintenance fix the TV in the wrong room. Next morning I again requested the TV fix. On return it worked kind of. Lots of buffering. That’s the end of the bad. I would still recommend this property, you are right in the middle of beech environment at a very resemble price.

The bathroom area is tiny, the TV system regularly needs to be reset or else become totally unresponsive, While you get 2 free pods of coffee everyday, sometimes the cleaners don’t replace them all. The elevators have an annoying system where you enter a room number before being assigned an elevator. The elevators can take up to five minutes to arrive, and when they all work (which was rare during out stay), you have to sometimes run to catch up be as it was situated around a corner and would be leaving too quickly.

Everything I could ask for in a hotel/resort for a Hawaiian vacation was fantastic. Great/easy valet service, all staff friendly and very helpful for any question. Variety of stores, and a Starbucks in the lobby!! Breakfast buffet and lounge area was sublime way to start the day, and the night time appetizers/drink was very filling. All of Waikiki within a few minutes walk which was very convenient. ONLY thing I could request is room service should go later than 9pm.
