"The receptionist told me I can use the
pool anytime when I check in 5/25/25 @ 4pm.
The following morning 6am I went to
pool door with sign for
pool time 9am. I went to front desk & she said it doesn’t opens until 9am & reported I was misinformed that I can use it anytime.
9am I went back to swim. I asked the front desk if the
pool water is warm, she answers “ it’s 80 degrees”. I deep my foot in
pool water, the temperature feels 60 degrees!"

"I was very happy with our room and the overall hotel for the price. The staff was very friendly and the free breakfast was better than most hotels offer. The location worked well for us. It was easy to get to and the places we wanted to visit were only about 15 minutes away. The room and facility were very clean and the bed was comfortable. My only complaint - they need towel bars in the bathroom since housekeeping comes in every other day. The staff were very helpful and we could have changed...

"The room was nice. The
pool was closed, although two people were swimming on Sunday morning. Breakfast was not great, at least not at 9 am. Breakfast closed at 10 am. No milk. Very little yogurt. 1 slice of bread- no muffins or rolls. Only yogurt and an apple for my kids who have celiac disease "
