A região e a cidade ao redor do local são verdadeiramente um paraíso, com um ambiente encantador marcado pelo som da natureza. No entanto, há a necessidade urgente de melhorias significativas em termos de segurança, pois qualquer pessoa da rua tem acesso irrestrito aos quartos. ## Pontos de Melhoria - O café da manhã é excessivamente simples e não justifica seu custo. - No quarto 14, o chuveiro apresenta defeito grave, com a água escorrendo pela parede, comprometendo o banho. - O serviço de quarto é insatisfatório, sem a devida limpeza do piso, nem mesmo com um pano úmido. - É inadmissível que não haja proibição explícita ao uso de caixas de som na piscina, permitindo que hóspedes mal-educados reproduzam música alta de mau gosto, perturbando a tranquilidade. - Os quartos superiores não dispõem de frigobar individual; embora seja possível armazenar itens na geladeira coletiva com etiqueta nominativa, hóspedes mal-educados ainda assim os furtam.

Não entendi o nome da pousada, não vi nada com relação a saúde, atendimento precário, acomodações em decadência, chuveiro ruim, portas quebradas, a piscina estava sendo usada por pessoas que não estavam hospedadas. um labirinto, a própria atendente não sabia onde eram os quartos, deu a impressão de um monte de puxadinhos juntados. Péssimo custo beneficio.

Um lugar de paz e excelente atendimento.

Sempre fico nessa pousada. O ambiente é sensacional e principalmente as pessoas que trabalhar por lá. O café da manhã é um momento a parte, típico mineiro. A vista dos quartos é algo mágico, principalmente no por do sol.

Cafe da manha bom, piscina e vista do deck!

Atendimento bem amigavel, cafe da manha bem gostoso, proximo ao centro ( uns 10 minutos). Porem, me alocaram em um quarto no pico de uma colina, subida ingrime, um pouco cansativo. A TV tinha so 2 canais e ainda assim nao funcionava bem, nao tem ar condicionamento mas tem um ventilador simples que funciona bem! Se voce for de moto, pense bem! Nao tem estacionamento, sao vagas na rua em frente ao hotel, a gerente autorizou eu colocar a moto dentro do hotel na area da piscina para eu ficar tranquilo. Em geral indico a hospedagem com essas resalvas!

Na reserva era um quarto, chegando lá era outro, a reserva dizia vista da montanha, vi foi um mato alto, o vizinho da pousada com uma caixa de som enorme tocando nas alturas, cheiro de mofo, resto de sabonete no banheiro, não sei as demais acomodações, mas o quarto que fiquei foi uma tristeza. O café da manha foi muito bom, as atendentes bem educadas, tomei meu café e nem quis esperar o check-out. Não indico, não vale o preço, que foi bem caro pelo o que ofereceu.

Voltaria a me hospedar tranquilamente. Os funcionários me atenderam muito bem desde a reserva até o checkout. Só não gosto muito do café da manhã no estilo em que é servido lá. Acho que acaba desperdiçando alguns alimentos. Sugestão é disponibilizar pro hóspede escolher o que quer das opções do dia.
