I have alwaya booked with expedia and hotel has contacted them for me and made changes as needed. They also didnt explain the room options well, stating they had no beach view but ended up Giving one to my sister.. location was great, renovated rooms were okay but you need to request them specifically. The description on the website or On expedia is not Clear!"
