"Staff were terrific, from front desk at check-in, to restaurant for dinner, to restaurant for breakfast, to front desk at checkout. All were gracious and helpful. Lobby/public areas were aesthetically pleasing and comfortable. Pool area was fabulous. Room was clean and well-appointed. Food was outstanding! This is a proper hotel! We’ll be back next week on the return leg of a road trip, and we can’t wait. In future, I can see Hotel Encanto being the reason for us to come to Las Cruces. "

"Stopped over night after an exhausting trip - checked in after midnight. The desk clerk was kind and worked efficiently making it quicker to get to the room. The bed was super comfy, the water in the shower hot w a steady stream which was much appreciated. Breakfast offered was simply great with a wide array of options, eating area very clean and the coffee was delicious!"

"This hotel was in the perfect location for the activities we had planned while in Las Cruces. The breakfast was just right. The room was clean, comfortable and well-maintained with a really nice shower. We had a nice stay."

"Location is good - close to NMSU. Room was clean, but very dated and in need of repair (chipping paint, grim in bathroom caulk). WiFi was terrible and barely useable (1mbs). Most restaurants around the area were closed so nothing is really walking distance. Inside the lobby area is charming. Staff was nice. It was economical, but I probably wouldn’t stay again for work just due to wifi and location."
