Great property, clean, comfortable and best of all with great orientation to see the Auroras. Breakfast was a bit minimalistic (frozen items in the cabin’s fridge). Felt awkward not to ever meet any Staff at the lobby but they were always quick to answer email or phone. We recommend it !

Please see my long review on Google. But in a nutshell, I'd you want to see the Northern Lights stay elsewhere that gives you wake up calls. We missed amazing lights because we fell asleep and they no longer do the wake up calls. If you just want isolated, quiet vacation and don't care about the lights, then this is perfect. We chose this hotel for the northern lights. We had a room with big windows and that was perfect. The first night we had the whole place to ourselves. Breakfast is grab and make yourself which I actually liked. Made for a very private setting. The staff was great and responsive but we didn't need much help. Thanks for the stay.

Perfect!

We loved our trip! We stayed in the V Lodge and it was perfect! We explored during the day and cooked dinner every night and played games. The main room is spacious and comfortable. We also had one night of Northern Lights!

Quite with a beautiful view of mountains. Because we had more than 4 in family stayed in villa which was a bit older but comfortable and well equipped for a family. Nice to have some snacks and beverages available and communication for check in or general questions was excellent. About 20-25 minutes outside of Fairbanks proper but would recommend if looking for family get away and quite.

Great experience

The hotel is really stylish with lots of designer’s touch in both architecture and interior design. The location is a bit far from the city but it’s a great place for aurora viewing. The view from those huge glass windows is stunning. The nature outside of the building is gorgeous too. Kevin has been very informative and helpful. A few minor things: 1) the entry way is a bit messy with all the shoes/boots unorganized; 2) there is a second floor but no elevator or helpers with luggage

The views from this property are AMAZING! You definitely need a 4 wheel drive vehicle to get to it! We enjoyed the provided breakfast. Never saw any staff but didn't really need them for anything.

The place was definitely amazing. You can order food delivery from Walmart, but getting around without a car is extremely expensive. 75-100 dollars one way to anywhere.

The location is not ideal if you want to have easy access to restaurants and stores. The drive to town for anything is about 20 - 25 minutes. We booked this place for aurora viewing but the timing was not right. There's no activity the 3 nights we were there. The management of this place can do better with breakfast choices. I did. not eat anything from the freezer as those items appeared to be there for a long time. There's no even a fresh loaf of bread there for us to make a toast in the morning. The drink options can also be better. There's no diet soda and only two choices of soda. What's wrong with a little bit of everything! I think management is just lazy to restock every day. There's no housekeeping service. I was told it has to be arranged. We saw a guy there on the second day to fix something. I did not see any 'professional' cleaning staff there to clean the two rooms when people moved out. As for our room, when we checked in I noticed the comfortable covers for both beds were no pressed. It's pretty wrinkle like someone just used them the night before. I expected more I guess. Overall, it's an okay stay if you don't want to 'chase' the aurora and still have to ability to view it.

We loved the place; the location was awesome. The staff was super cool, and the property was well-maintained. It's pretty much self-serve, and we loved the quality of all the amenities. Nothing can beat the location and view.
