The suites are dated but comfy; so-called queen bed more like a double or full size. Heat was difficult to control; radiator hot in living room but stone cold in bedroom. Curtains on sliding doors falling off rolling units. Needs some refurbishing, especially for the price paid,

I liked that it was close to creamer field…a short walk to there and some hiking trails…the furniture was outdated…the mattress needed to be replaced. It wasn’t anything spectacular but i didn’t stay inside for long anyway. Definitely need a car to get around if staying at this condo.

Roomy with an odor
Loved the room! It was clean and spacious. It had an odor when you walked in and also in your room. Overall, decent place to stay!

woods, trails!
we stay here because of the easy access to the beautiful woods and trails. having use of a living room is fantastic. the bedroom is very small and cramped. seriously, there is about 1 foot of space between the beds. The kitchen is nice and well supplied. there is also a huge walking closet!

Mariko’s excellent customer service and Juanita’s patience were very valuable to us! Charlie while providing us a safe shuttle service, was helpful in giving us general informations about Fairbanks! Thomas was also kind and helpful by us tips about preparing ourselves for wintertime in Fairbanks.

The property is clean, but we have stayed there twice, and the mattresses are so bad that there is no hope of sleep there. It’s unfortunate because it would be a nice property otherwise.

Staff was extremely friendly. We arrived a day early for a cruise vacation and free shuttle picked us up. Great efficiencies that are very clean...but a little dated.

Housekeeping is terrible I paid a lot of money for my room and paid extra 10$ additional never get housekeeping service I stayed 7 days and every time I have to call to front desk to get clean towels garbage bags coffe and other stuff Resort definitely needs to improve housekeeping service Thanks

The people at the front desk were super helpful! Even when I was checking in at 3:00 AM. The suite was spacious and had an unbelievable amount of storage. We were only there two nights, but really enjoyed our stay.

Family friendly, very clean, nice staff, close to modern conveniences but not in the middle of it. Decor needs updating but is very clean. Full working kitchen. Beds are too firm for my liking though.

Comfortable, spacious, good location !
The junior suite is spacious - it is an apartment - a little dated but comfortable. Kitchen has the needed dishes. Bed is comfortable. Service is great.

The property was good and clean. We liked the location next the Creamer's Field where we could walked over to see the northern lights. The biggest unexpected unhappiness was that they said they did not the two double beds' room we had booked and paid for, because Expedia had over sold their rooms. We could take a one queen bed room, go to another hotel, or cancel our booking. That was not acceptable. We made our plan weeks ahead. My husband has difficulty with sleeping. There was a reason we chose this hotel and a two beds' room. When you advertised one thing and we paid for it, we were given a different product. Is this business model even legal? Expedia and the hotel really have to talk about how to avoid this from happening again. If Expedia and the hotel are partnered to do business together, whatever you present to the customers, it has to be trustworthy. We were very unhappy about this. In the last minute, someone checked out early, and the hotel staff hurried up to clean that room and let us check in. The hotel staff did tried their best. I think whatever happened to us should not happen to any customers again in the future.

Hello Lynn, We definitely appreciate your feedback about this ongoing situation. Since late February, there has been an ongoing technical issue with syncing reservations between 1) our booking engine, 2) Expedia, and 3) our inventory. The issue is between #1 & #2 and unfortunately, we were only made aware of this after repeated calls to them only a week and a half ago. So this issue certainly affected your reservation. Since we learned of this issue, we closed all availability on 3rd party sites to mitigate it. We sincerely apologize for this technical issue that blindsided us, as we do not work to present people with smoke and mirrors. Thank you for understanding and I do hope that your stay in Fairbanks was wonderful, regardless. Safe travels.

Perfect for what we needed
This place was perfect for what we needed! There was a bit of a musty smell to the room but otherwise clean and comfy. Front desk was very nice and helpful and the shuttle was great and could pick you up from the room!

Home Away From Home
Home away from home! Felt like staying in a friend's apartment. Very comfortable and spacious. Full bedroom, full kitchen, roomy living room. Furniture and decor is dated but clean and functional. Service was very good. Convenient laundry. Good location near the river and open space. Easy parking.

this was a nice stay, I'm glad I was on the bottom floor, as there didnt seem to be an elevator in our building. The room was great with a kitchen and a living room.
