The first room that we got put in the shower did not drain therefore the water went underneath into the walkway of the room I let the front desk know and immediately they had me into a different room very helpful friendly staff.
This place is amazing! It doesnt get any better! The only thing i would change is the floor inside the shower. It's pretty slippery. Maybe get some mats in there. But this place and the staff ROCKS!
Disappointed for the Marriott brand. Room was dirty upon arrival. Bathroom was not stocked. Air conditioner shut off on timer. Room smelled like wet dog. Walls are super thin, no sound integrity. On the positive side great location to the theme park within walking distance.
Nice property, close to dining options, close to parks, negative lots of construction during our stay.

Beautiful property! Incredibly clean outside and inside! Staff is incredibly helpful and polite! I couldnโt get my TV to work on night #2 and unfortunately the engineer had gone home for the night so we were changed to a different room! Turns out there were 2 remotes and I didnโt see where the 2nd remote was. The next day when I told the staff member at the desk he laughed and said โNo big dealโฆI shouldโve asked more questionsโ We decided to stay an additional night because weโre having so much fun! The hotel is RIGHT across the street from 6 Flags Amusement Park which makes my life incredibly convenient.
Professional staff contended with a downed computer system in a courteous manner as we waited 2 hours in the lobby for the issue to be resolved. Thank you! 2day stay was quiet and convenient to our needs.

System was down at check in. Long wait to check in about 45 minutes in the lobby. Staff were polite. But accidentally gave us key to vaccant room. That was awkward. Room appeared clean but blankets had a wierd smell. Pool area was clean. Told me the deposit was 50$ I was charged 60$ so still waiting to get that back.
When we checked in we were upgraded which was nice, unfortunately we had to keep the window blinds closed because hotel workers were working outside our room. Not too big of a deal. The only other issue was that the TV wouldn't come on, I think it just needed to be programmed but no one was avaliable. The TV had two remotes and I couldn't figure it out.
