They texted us when our rooms were ready! Super friendly/helpful front desk people!! Conveniently located… walking distance to all that Clifton Hill has to offer! It is at the top of the hill, so the walk home can be challenging! "

"Embassy suites Niagara Falls is a great hotel! With the wait times for the elevators, it was a great thing having staff help with the chaos to make sure everyone gets to the elevator! We had a partial view room initially but we got an upgrade to a full view on the 40th floor and it was amazing! I don't regret staying here, I will stay here again next time !!! First time in Canada and at Niagara Falls, best hotel!!!"
