โThis is a chilled and friendly apart hotel with great food and even better friendly and personable staff and service. Despite it being the middle of August, the place never felt busy and there were always a choice of sunbeds.
Taxis were easy enough to get, but you couldnโt really walk anywhere so you may wish to consider a car if you want to get out and about every day. โ

โGreat hotel the beach was fantastic the only negative is they do not provided pool towels but the restaurant for lunch excellent and staff friendly and hotel property very clean โ
โOur second time staying at St. John Villas, it is extremely restful & quiet, being on the hillside above Tsilivi itself. The trade-off for this is that there is a 10 minute walk down the hill to the town, which is pleasant enough - but not so pleasant making the return journey - the 8-10 euros for a taxi is a no-brainer! We had a couple of small issues with the villa which were dealt with immediately by the staff with no fuss.
We will definitely stay here again.โ
โTrรจs mignon avec petit balcon donnant sur ruelle. Malheureusement un fรชtard a perturbรฉ notre sommeil jusquโaux petites heures du matin. Les chambres ne sont pas trรจs insonorisรฉes. Beaucoup de choix pour le petit dรฉjeuner. Trรจs bon. Excellent service dโAngela ร la rรฉception et du trรจs gentil barman โ
โWe loved every minute of our stay at Filoxenia. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a welcome drink. Lovely, comfortable king size bed / excellent variety and quality of food & drink. Could not fault the service provided by the staff throughout the hotel - clearly a team effort - special mention to Alan & Spiros for managing the pool bar. Would highly recommend this hotel!!! โ

Blev opgraderet til stort (men lidt mรธrkt) vรฆrelse med balkon og havudsigt.
Morgenmaden var varieret og ok.
Beliggenheden var fin (5 min. gang til restauranter og butikker). Lรฅ lige ud til trafikeret vej, men der var ingen stรธj derfra.
Personalet var sรธde og servicemindede.
Alt i alt en god oplevelse.โ

L'appart est super, bien รฉquipรฉ. l'รฉquipe mรฉnage passe tous les jours pour nettoyer et changer les draps et serviettes. la chambre est spacieuse dans un emplacement prรจs de la ville de Zakynthos. l'environnement est calme et apaisant. franchement une adresse ร recommander sur Zakynthos. Une communication trรจs facile avec les responsables aussi!โ
