Clean room, amazing hotel, favorite bit was the view from the infinity pool, overlooking Tirana and the mountains! Breakfast was tasty too. Staff was very helpful and nice, especially Arta!

Tout était excellent, tant le personnel, les chambres, et les équipements. Les alentours sont encore en développement mais ce lieu deviendra probablement un incontournable à Tirana.

The front desk staff made my stay and experience in Tirana well worth it. Arta is an amazing professional who is direct yet polite. The pool and food at the rooftop is worth everything. Rooms are comfortable and Internet works well in the room (not in the lobby or rooftop). Artistic design (check out the floor where breakfast is served) of the hotel is quite unique. Though the rooms can be renovated to match rest of the hotel. Overall, a great stay and I will definitely recommend or come back to stay again!

First night in Albania, I arrived well past midnight due to delays with my journey from London. I messaged them on WhatsApp and they assured me someone would be there to meet me, which they were. This is a luxury hotel (and Art gallery!) with breathtaking views over the city, as well as a wide array of wellness services which I sadly did not have time to experience. The staff are so lovely and made me feel very welcome, especially the reception staff. They all speak perfect English and couldn't be more helpful. They even booked me a taxi on my departure and ensured the price was fair for me. The bar and restaurant are also fantastic, high quality ingredients. Couldn't recommend more. I will certainly be back! Till next time, George.

Urlaub bedeutet u. a. Schwimmen - was nicht möglich war weil das Wasser im Pool eiskalt ist. Das Hotel liegt abgelegen - ringsherum Ruhe, keine Infrastruktur in der Umgebung, aber sehr schick, entspricht den Fotos... Personal ist relaxed, hilft gerne...

Al check in non siamo stati opportunamente informati sulla colazione, che pensavamo fosse inclusa e che ci hanno confermato fosse inclusa, una volta al check in hanno chiesto 30€ in più per una colazione veramente risicata e basica. Ho chiesto varie volte della frutta che era finita già alle 10, e non mi è mai stata portata. Il ristorante è molto bello per le foto ma il sevizio è pessimo. La zona è un po’ isolata, molto tranquilla. La camera era ok pulita e in ordine e spaziosa, ma per la cifra che ho pagato non è assolutamente idonea, ho chiesto il rimborso per la colazione che appunto mi avevano loro confermato che fosse inclusa e non ho mai avuto risposta.

Très très très déçu par cet hôtel

Très déçu par cet établissement, les photos sont trompeuses. L’environnement de l’hôtel est un chantier permanent. Il n’y a rien à faire autour de l’hôtel une voiture est obligatoire pour aller en ville. Le petit déjeuner est nul dans une pièce sans fenêtre, décorée de nappe noire, on dirait une pièce funéraire. Nous avons été vraiment très très très déçu. Ascenseur en panne, obligé de porter les bagages au deuxième étage par les ascenseurs. Le seul point positif dans cet hôtel, c’est la piscine, et encore si tu veux t’allonger sur les transats au bord de la piscine, il faut payer un supplément

Just go there for the Pool - not the Hotel

Kein 5 Sterne Hotel, höchstens nach albanischem Level - Zimmer wird nur zwischen 9 und 11 gereinigt, kein Duvetüberzug, Frühstück bis 10, Gebäude in schlechtem Zustand, schwierig zu finden für Taxis, kein Room Service für Essen und generell kein Essen ausser 13-15 und 18-20 Uhr. Nirgends Snacks oder kleines Essen. Hotel lebt von der Aussicht und vom Infinity Pool. Für die Liegestühle direkt am Pool muss man übrigens 100 Euro bezahlen.

Please be aware this hotel is a boutique hotel in which Expedia fails to mention. Upon arrival it was clear due to the lack of amenities this property was a boutique hotel. When checked in, cigarette buds were found underneath the beds and a wet bedding was placed. When complained, the receptionist failed to take appropriate steps and stated ‘it was not fully tumble dried properly and to leave it to air dry’. Communication is non existent. The receptionist rarely pick up calls and tend to ignore unless you attend the reception area to raise an issue. When this was raised with Expedia, they failed to adequately investigate this issue and contact the hotel to get this immediately resolved. They responded with emails stating “ unfortunately we have tried to contact the hotel but unable to get through” - I am not so sure on how this response was supposed to help me! I was very uncomfortable and requested a full refund and there was nobody to help! I had no choice but to stay at the property, only to later discover our room was infested with bed bugs. When raised with the property, they failed to help and brushed the situation with “ we will provide your refund”. Then later to state “ we will do it when our financial service is opened at 9am but you will not be here as you’ll have checked out” I was very stunned by this as it was clear the games the property was conducting. They were delaying processing a refund in hopes that I will not proceed with my complaint. STAY AWAY!

This is a very interesting hotel but there were a couple of things that made our stay unpleasant. The main one was that in mid October the temperature was still in the 80’s and they switched the air conditioning off in the rooms and only had heat! Our room was stuffy and HOT! No fans were available to help with the oppressive heat. The crazy thing was that the hallways and common spaces all seemed to still be air conditioned! The windows opened but the lights outside were so bright we could not sleep unless the curtain was closed. We booked the room through Expedia with free breakfast and the front desk person kept insisting to me that we did not get breakfast for free and would need to pay $30 for 2! I had to email him my receipt from Expedia before he would believe me! The breakfast was fine for free but was a very mediocre buffet and we had to ask for bowls, cups, etc because they were not out! The pool was also closed down and it would have been nice to be able to swim with the temperatures so high. The view from the rooftop is the best part of this hotel. We only stayed here because our daughter lives in the neighborhood but otherwise it far from all the attractions of Tirana.

View and experience of swimming with the view is priceless. It’s worth to stay in this hotel just for that. Staff is nice and helpful. We like a lot of things about hotel and it’s unique experience which shows Albanian heritage. The hotel is beautiful idea. However to get better some changes need to happen. The hotel design has these grande ideas but finish is not great - was opening rushed? Also some things already needs maintenance small pool mosaic tiles are missing or falling off, swimming pool decking needs repainting etc. staff needs training so everyone gives you the same answer, some staff did not say good morning etc when you pass by and we said it first. It was enough staff to provide service but service was slow - two factors to blame was not adequate training and too complex systems of ordering/charges… Our booking never stated that there is a separate charge for swimming pool - €45 a day! Why don’t you simply make the room more expensive? I don’t mind paying but it’s daily annoyance of - if you have pinapple, strawberry, apple or peach juice for breakfast is free but orange juice you need to pay extra, small little charges are annoying me… like water… like cappuccino. Just increase price per room, make very easy pricing system… people don’t like to hear about charges whilst already on holiday. Then silly rules-not allowed to bring your own drink to room, if you want certain table you need to order min value etc…
