"Property was fine except the bed frame was sticking out and I hit my leg resulting in bruises and swelling. I went down that night and the next morning and requested my room be cleaned and bed frame fixed. When we returned nothing was done. They came and looked at bed and said they couldn’t fix it that night and moved us to another suite. Which was nice but I feel it was totally unexceptable to have a room this expensive and to have to change rooms and load everything up and move almost 24 hrs...

"The carpet in the room could use a good cleaning. Our feet were black and our shoes were also black from the dirty carpet. Could use a hanger in the bathroom. No place to hang your clothes when you are showering."

"Advertised as having a swimming pool. Pool was out of order. While I get that things happen, usually when I book a stay and this occurs, I get a call so that I can make other arrangements if I want to. With temps upwards of 110° during my stay, the pool was one of the reasons I booked there."
