โIt was very cold in the hotel room, although I had set the temperature to be higher it was in vain. It was warmer in the corridor than in the roomโ
โThe food was really good. Although no elevator the staff were super accommodating as my older mother was traveling with me and they carried bags to our room. The English hot tea was best we had in England. โ
โLovely hotel, not huge so personal feel. Absolutely spotless. Staff friendly and lovely pool. Very relaxing break.
Worth noting there is no lift so had to use stairs. Not an issue for us but worth knowing if you do struggle with stairs so you can ask for an accessible room. Will stay there again.โ

โThe property was not the standard I expect of Expedia. The heating was on a schedule such that at night the temperature in the house was around 6 degrees giving me a backache until I asked the owner to keep the temperature at a constant 23 degrees. There no toiletries provided till I asked the owner to provide them. There was only one bowl for porridge until I asked for more of the owner. The room on the first nigth was 25 C
The 2rd night it was 28.5 C
So you could not sleep
They have a good night garantie
Asked at front desk
They said to contact the guest relations
Contacted them just to find out that first i did not book with them dirrect
And that the room temp do not fall under the good night because this hotel does not have airco
So what is the point of having a good night garantie โ
โWe loved our weekend , the hotel was in a great location . Facilities staff and food were wonderful . The only downside was the constant traffic noise at night until early hours of the morning . This is probably the busy bank holiday weekend .โ
