"The property was cozy and adequate size. The kitchen was nicely stocked with cooking utensils and did have some dry food stuffs left over. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were very friendly. Was close enough to downtown Fayetteville to get there quickly. "

"The home had everything we needed, including an easy short drive to the Walton Arts Center. Our only complaint was low water pressure in the bathrooms, which made showering a challenge. As two couples, we had to flip a coin to see who got the master bd with king bed and private bath vs who had to sleep in a queen with the bathroom accross the hall. We would stay there again."

"Great location to check out campus with our family. Appreciated the clean and comfortable space. Only thing that should be addressed is master shower- the water wouldn’t get hot so we all used the smaller second bathroom for showering. "
