"I arrived around 11am from Beijing. Understandably my room was not ready yet but they have self service laundry facilities so I asked if I could use them while I wait for my room. They were happy to give me a key for access. After doing my laundry, I asked about check in again and they were able to let me in my room a bit early!!! It was so nice to shower and get ready before Tianmen Mountain (which could not be closer to the property.) Super clean, modern room. Would stay here again if I was ever visiting the area. The only downside of the property is that smoking is allowed in some rooms so the is an air of cigarette smoke around the hotel. I was waiting for the elevator at the lobby and 2 men got out smoking lit cigarettes!! There are definitely no smoking signs all around but apparently people don’t care. So if you have smoke sensitivities maybe this isn’t the hotel for you."

"Perfect for the budget traveller. The address posted on here is wrong. Or at least that might be the address of the other building, they have two. The main address is: HunanZhangjiajieYongdingPengjiapu Unit, Guanli Road No.1-21. This is a family owned place, the husband speaks some English and is very helpful. The wife man's the front desk at the main building and the son on the other. Very clean and close to food and Tianmen Mountain Cableway."

"The hotel is clean and so as the room. The staff specially crystal helped us a lot and send us airport transfer when we came. She’s very accommodating and nice she deserve a pay rise. The hotel is near the tianmen bus ride just around the corner. There’s also lots of restaurants near the area. Only 10 mins. Away to the airport. The breakfast has lots of choices and nice noodles."

"The location of this hotel is very convenient, with plenty of restaurants and food options nearby. It is also directly opposite the Tianmen Cableway area and the shuttle bus stops, making it very easy to get around. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was a good size. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the buffet breakfast. There were very few options suitable for Western guests, and the breakfast room itself felt rather sad and uninviting."

"A very relaxing stay! The hotel is conveniently located in the town of Wulingyuan. On arrival, we were greeted by John. John is friendliest person we've met on this trip. He is such a happy guy and a credit to the hotel. The rooms were huge and extremely modern. We were a family of 3 and we had so much space. There is a small pool at the rear of the property, which is really nice to chill in after a long day in the mountains. There's an Indian Restaurant on the ground floor which very nice, and we'll priced for the quality. A brilliant stay, thank you!"

"The main positive about this property are the staff and the location. The staff are very polite, professional and most of all personable and helpful. Major props to Crystal and Sunny. Nothing but good things to say about them. The hotel is also very close to Tianmen Mountain cablecar station as well as local restaurants and airport/train station as a result of being in the city center. The property itself is well maintained though quite old and main drawbacks is the fact that the property itself is old as well as the fact that people smoke within and outside the premises. This makes for a poorer experience otherwise I will give it 5 stars."

"Excellent hotel, was a really great experience, staff were very helpful, specially employee Li Xianglin who was very kind and help us to solve all issues, hopefully hotel can have more employees like her. In general hotel experience was the best in great price and close to most famous mountain."
