"Front reception staff are very friendly and helpful. Welcomed me with a warm smile. It is centrally located to main street and walking distance to many restaurants. The room was a bit hot and they brought a fan to the room. The manager said it’s warm because it’s winter season for them. Which was perfectly fine with me. There’s a great coffee shop in the lobby. Staff helped me ordered raincoats (as I was heading to Zhangjiajie). The raincoats were delivered to my room via a robot within 25 minutes. Overall, the room is spacious, clean, basic amenities, and a complimentary plate of whole fresh fruits. I didn’t order hotel breakfast as there are many places nearby for less expensive breakfast. Def would stay here again. Highly recommended."

"Hotel too dirty and smelled like smoke. Bed was hard and I could feel the springs in the mattress. Not many places to eat nearby except McDonads. Staff was rude and didn’t speak a lot of English. "
