โThe facility is very clean. The room was very spacious and clean. The bed... wow! It was so comfortable! We liked the assortment of pillows. There was a microwave, coffee pot and refrigerator. Everything in the room worked. My only complaint was the lighting - even with the curtains opened, the room wasn't very bright. The courtesy counter is staffed with very pleasant people, but that doesn't apply to the people servicing the breakfast area. (Those people looked so unhappy and didn't interact...
โWe liked the convenience of this property to the university and walking around town. There are many shopping and dining options within a short distance. The room was clean and the hvac was quiet. Music from a neighboring establishment was bothersome on a Saturday night, but I suppose that comes with the downtown convenience. We would repeat on our next visit to the area.โ
โA sweet mom nโ pop property run by a lovely young family. Cheaper than anything in State College and right on the doorsteps of The Waffle Shop and a wonderful Greek restaurant, I always make this my budget friendly stay when Iโm visiting my son at PSU. Itโs a rare find.โ
โI stayed at this hotel for one night for my travel to State College area and Penn State. The hotel room, fitness room, and the pool were all very nicely maintained. The staff at the front desk were nice and helpful. Amenities such as the refrigerator and the microwave oven were also great points of this hotel.
I'd love to come back to stay at this hotel!!โ
