Das Hotel hat definitiv keine 4 Sterne verdient. Das gesamte Hotel hätte eine Renovierung notwendig, auch die Zimmer. Wir mussten zweimal darauf bestehen dass das Zimmer richtig gereinigt wird, da bei der üblichen Reinigung das Zimmer nicht gereinigt wurde. Die bettbezuge waren bei Ankunft dreckig. Eine zweite Karte für das Zimmer wurde ebenfalls nicht ausgestellt. Es sind nur vier Parkplätze für das ganze Hotel vor Ort, obwohl Parkplätze inklusive steht. Pool und drumherum leider auch sehr stark verunreinigt. Das einzige positive ist, dass die Zimmer groß waren. Aus der Dusche kommt kaum Wasser und auch das Strom und Wasser von dem Hotel geht immer wieder weg. Leider ein sehr unangenehmer Aufenthalt gewesen. Auch das WLAN im Zimmer funktioniert nicht.

Küçük bir matematik hesabıyla (fiyat/kalite) beklentinizi elbette düşürebilirsiniz ama özellikle yemek konusunda beklentiniz ne kadar düşük olsa bile yine de yemeklerin kalitesi beklentinizin altında kalabilir. Ayrıca eğer "şezlongda yatar uzanırım, tüm gün güneşlenirim" diyorsanız otelin havuz imkanları size yetebilir ama "yüzmeyi severim, kaydırak vs. ararım" derseniz yanlış yerde olabilirsiniz, otel küçücük bir havuza sahip. Bununla birlikte çok çalışkan ve sıcak kanlı iki animatörleri olsa da otelin imkanları sınırlı olduğundan günü planlarken otel dışındaki aktivitelere yöneliyorsunuz: Koylara/plajlara gitme, tekne turu, teleferik yolculuğu, yamaç paraşütü, tüplü dalış vs. E tabi bunlar için de epeyce ödeme yapmanız gerekir. Hatta bunların tamamını yapacak olsanız oteldeki 5 gecelik konaklamadan daha fazla ödemek zorunda kalırsınız ve bu etkinliklere katılmak için toplu taşıma kullanacaksanız biraz sıkılabilirsiniz. Son olarak; oteldeki çalışanlar çok iyi niyetli olmasına rağmen çevreyle ilgili bilgi eksikliği yaşıyorlardı. Örneğin gece gidebileceğim hastahane konusunda ya da otelin anlaşmalı plajı konusunda destek alamadım. Plaja gittiğimde anlaşmanın sadece shuttle ile sınırlı olduğunu öğrenmiştim. Not: Erkek çalışanların pantolon giyme zorunluluğu var. Onlar için üzücü ve rahatsız edici olduğunu tahmin edebiliyorum. Umarım otel yöneticileri yukarıda yazdığım sorunlardan önce çalışanlar için bu küçük düzenlemeyi yapar.

Obwohl wir Alle Gänge inklusive gebucht haben, wurde uns bei der Ankunft gesagt, dass wir nur Frühstück mit drin haben. Die Schuld wurde an Expedia gegeben, da dies öfters vorgekommen ist. Wir mussten weitere 600€ zahlen. Unser Urlaub war natürlich mit schlechte Launen nicht so prickelnd. In dieser Hinsicht wurde uns garnicht weiter geholfen. Personal war leider nicht hilfsbereit. Wir wollten mehrmals den Leiter sprechen, aber jedesmal wurde gesagt, dass er nciht da sei und dass die uns bescheid geben wenn er kommt. Wurde natürlich nicht gemacht. Das Hotel an sich ist sehr schön und empfehlenswert. Wenn man natürlich ein Zimmer in dem Neubau bekommt ist es erste Klasse. Das Essen war gut. Man hat viel zu Auswahl. Was ich leider bemängeln muss ist, dass einmal die Putzfrau vergessen hatte, unsere Zimmertür zu schließen. Als wir nachmittags aus dem Strand zurück gekommen sind, war die Tür weit auf. Schade fand ich auch, dass man ab 18:30 Uhr nicht mehr ins Pool konnte.

장점 1. 건물 자체와 수영장은 전반적으로 깔끔한 느낌 2. 고객들을 위한 다양한 프로그램 운영(좋아할 사람들은 만족했겠지만 우리는 딱히 볼 시간이 없었음) 3. 그냥 저냥 나쁘지 않았던 조식 단점 1. 가까운 주변에 아무 것도 없음 2. 욜루데니즈 해변 셔틀 있다고 써있는데 물어보니까 운영 안하는 것 같았음 미니버스 타라고 알려주던데 돌무쉬 타는 곳 엄청 멀리 있어서 한참 걸어나가야됨 2. 우리만 그랬던건지는 모르겠는데 뷰 제일 별로인 구석의 트윈룸 배정 받음 3. 그래서 처음에 찾아가기 어려웠음, 구조가 복잡함 4. 샤워기 호스 부분이 부숴져있어서 물 엄청 샘, 전화해서 말하니까 확인하러 온다고 해놓고 20분 내내 안옴 두세번 더 전화했는데도 간다는 말뿐 계속 안옴 결국 우리 기다리다가 나갔다 들어오는 길에 다시 말해서 그제서야 샤워기 호스 새거로 바꿔줌(방을 바꿔주진 않았음) 5. 청소도 그냥 저냥 새로 바꿔준 수건 헤져있는게 대부분 결론적으로 다른거 다 이해할 수 있어도 주변 관광지 접근성이 너무 별로였다는거... 다니기 너무 너무 너무 너무 너무 힘들었어요

The staff were all warm and welcoming. Entertainment was great and a fun atmosphere. The only thing that was a down side was the hotel must've had a slight sewage problem as certain areas didn't smell too great and the corridor of the the room we were staying in had a lighting issue that made going to my room a little frightening. Still a nice place to stay with a few small maintenance issue.

내가 가본 호텔중 가장 기분이 나빴다. 1. 체크인 할때 직원이 매우 피곤해보였고, 환영받는 느낌이 없었으며, 응대를 하는중에 다른 사람들과 이야기 하는등 집중하지 못하고 체계적인 느낌이 없었다. 2. 방은 제공된것과 달랐다. 고급침대는 부족했으며, 임시 침대로 품질이 좋지 못했다. 3. 와이파이가 제공된다고 명시되어있으나, 거짓말이었다. 4. 방을 안내해준 직원은 매우 신경질적이었으며, 불친절했다. 손님에게 자신의 일을 미루려고하였다. 5. 객실내에 휴지통이 부족하고, 티비는 매우 작았다. 6. 빛이 완벽하게 차단되지 않아, 잠을 오래 잘 수 없다. It was the worst feeling I have ever been to. 1. The staff looked very tired at check-in, didn't feel welcome, talked with other people during my conversation, and didn't feel focused and systematic. 2. The room was different from the one provided. The luxury beds were scarce and the quality of the temporary beds was poor. 3. Wi-Fi is provided, but it was a lie. 4. The staff who guided the room were very nervous and unkind. He tried to postpone his work to the guests. 5. There was not enough trash can in the room, and the TV was very small. 6. The light is not completely blocked, so you can't sleep long.

Otele giriş yaparken,kahvaltı+havuz manzaralı oda satın almış olmamıza rağmen arkaya bakan odayı vermeye çalıştılar.Biz tepki verince temizlik olduğunu söyleyip biraz beklememiz gerektiğini söylediler.Nihayetinde odaya geçtik.Otelde hiçbir sebilde soğuk su yok.odanın mini barı asla soğutmuyor 35derece sıcakta göz önüne alıp gidin.bardan buz istediğinizde çok pahalı bişeymiş gibi adetle veriyorlar.Restaurantta Türk kahvesi istedik,orda yapılmadığını bara geçmemiz gerektiğini söylediler.restauranttan bara sipariş geçip misafirin olduğu yere kahve getirmek bu kadar zor olmamalı.Havuzbaşında Masalarda kültabağı bulunmuyor,garsonlar sigara içtiğinizi gördükleri halde asla getirmiyorlar.Hepsinin suratı asık,isteksizler.Otelin ücretsiz beach anlaşması vardı,gittiğimizde ise yalnızca otopark ve girişin ücretsiz olduğunu söyleyip şezlong ve şemsiyeye para istediler.Tam olarak neyin ücretsiz olduğunu anlayamadık 6.gün otelden çıkış yaparken resepsiyonda ne konaklamamız hakkında fikrimiz soruldu,ne de memnun kalıp kalmadığımız.İyi yolculuklar yine bekleriz demekten bile acizler.Otelin hedef kitlesi turistler Türklerin yüzüne bile bakmıyorlar.Hizmet satın aldığınız bir yerde asla karşılığını alamıyorsunuz.4 yıldızına aldanmayın Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum asla gitmeyin

The hotel is very nice but front desk reception and manager were not accommodating, have the aura of being condescending just because I was with my Turkish husband along with our Turkish friends. Being from USA, I was met with unfriendliness and hesitancy to accept our reservation. On top of that they gave us rooms all the way to the back, close to the septic tank area. We could not even hang our wet swim wear because of the unbearable smell. What is good is the food, very nice and friendly chef and waiters. But still, I am doubting to come back to this hotel.

Ilk girisimizde balkonlu oda almamıza rağmen balkonsuz oda verildi. Yerler dolu olduğu icin ertesi gün balkonlu odaya geçtik. Balkonsuz odamizda minibar çalışmıyordu.Balkonlu Odanin balkonu geniş oturmall grubu güzel. Santral telefonları hiç bir odada çalışmıyor resepsiyonla iletişime geçmek için resepsiyona gitmek gerekiyor. Odalar çok temiz ve şık yatak konforlu banyo ve tuvalet temizliği mükemmel. Kahvaltı bol çeşitli ve lezzetli. Çalışanlar güleryüzlü. Genel olarak yanlış rezervasyon harici memnun kaldik.
