I recently stayed at Casa Lumar Luxury Lodging - Adults Only. The hotel itself looks nice because itโs newly renovated, but the service was very disappointing.
The lady at the reception couldnโt speak a word of English and didnโt even try to help. She made everything harder, from the moment we arrived until check-out.
We also asked for fresh sheets and new bathroom products, but they brought us a half-used shower gel from a previous guest โ unacceptable for a place calling itself luxury.
On top of that, they charged 60 Turkish lira per water bottle every day, even though most hotels provide water for free.
The breakfast area is outside, and it was so hot that it was uncomfortable to sit and eat.
Lastly, the car park is closed from 7 PM to 7 AM, so you canโt access your car during those hours, which was very inconvenient.
Overall, the hotel looks nice, but the poor service, extra charges, and parking situation ruined the stay.
