"The pool was closed which was unfortunate but they were great, had a back up plan and we were able to use the pool of a nearby hotel. Everything was great and the staff was great even during the storms that rolled through. The one thing that is frustrating is that we get charged daily to park in their parking lot. They took our license plate number so I feel like that should be enough to prove we are staying and no need to charge us extra."
