"Room is small but adequate..... shower was very small and shower door didn't close properly. Location was fantastic! Breakfast was good and convenient. Staff was helpful. Taxi stand outside of hotel and only $150 + tip to cruise terminal and right to the cruise ship ... hotel service was $220 plus tip and they said a taxi would only take us to the gates. Would most likely stay again!"

"Lovely place to stay. Get there as early as possible to enjoy the spa and atmosphere!! Warning: the local mosquitoes also think it’s a lovely place to stay. Don’t wear open shoes or they will feast on your feet during dinner. They loved us so much we basically sponsored three generations of their family. Bring bug spray! They did not attempt a landing at the spa or hotel."

"The hotel is clean and nice. We first got the room on the 5th floor, it was small, looked old and dark, the faucet leaked, the ceiling in the hallway had cracks. We asked for another room and got one on the 4th floor - new, spacious and renovated. So looks like the experience depends on which room you get. Breakfast - simple but had everything we needed."
