"Well located, with small, spartan rooms. Fine for a couple of overnights, but showing its age around the edges and offering few amenities -- no kleenex, no TV in the room, no bathmats (we were told to use a towel on the floor), no soap other than a liquid soap dispenser in the shower. Did provide a nice walk-in shower and a hair dryer, and plenty of electrical receptacles in the room. A guest kitchen is available in the lobby with tea (gratis) and coffee (costs), a microwave, and a shared refrigerator. Our main issue was with the hair and dirt we found on the bedsheets when we pulled back the duvets. The desk person made that right -- changed to clean sheets and gave us a coupon for breakfast at the next-door cafe as compensation."

"Great location, just a few hundred yards from the fish market located in downtown Bergen. Located in the port area gave us access to plenty of things to do and see. Highly recommend the suite, the view of the harbor at night with all the light off the water was just beautiful. Breakfast is massive not just a waffle maker and juice it was awesome, too many items to choose from and its included."

"Hotel was well located, staff friendly and room decent except no bar fridge. Gym was good and breakfast offering ok. Lots of places to eat nearby. Cleaning of your room only occurs every 4th night, this was not known until arriving at the hotel. I would not have booked this hotel if I knew prior. Asking for new towels each day and then having to clear them out and make my own bed, It’s a good hotel to stay in if you want to do your own housekeeping,"

"Some of the murals on the wall are a bit much. One said f*ck and another had a dildo in a suitcase so not a place I would want to stay with children. Parking is very limited by the hotel but they had a garage off property so that was not too bad. Staff was very friendly and the place was clean."
