“런던의 힐튼 중 가장 저렴했던 것 같아요. 아마 시설이 오래되어서 그런 것 같은데, 저는 상관없었어요. 저렴하게 좋은 서비스를 이용할 수 있으니까요. 지하철역이나 버스정거장과도 가까웠고, 아늑했어요. 다만 마지막날 새벽3시에 긴급알람이 울려서 1층으로 대피하는 소동이 있었어요. 다행히 별일 아닌 일이었는데, 그 상황에 대해서 객실 손님에게 설명을 잘해주셨으면 하는 아쉬움이 남습니다. ”

“I have stayed at this hotel several times for business trips. As always, I find the location, safety, and environment to be excellent, especially the value for money. However, I occasionally find the cleanliness of the electric kettle in the hotel room to be somewhat lacking. While it is not a major issue since I can boil water for disinfection, improving this aspect would make it a perfect 10 out of 10.”

“Beautiful Victorian style building but with elevators! Front desk staff was friendly and very helpful with our luggages. Nice, quiet, upscale neighborhood yet convenient to tourist places-shopping, dining, transportation (Big Bus tour buses), Kensington Gardens, etc.Walkable distance to Paddington station & shops! Healthy breakfast menu is a plus!”

“VERY nice hotel!! We were so pleasantly surprised. The rooms are as you'd expect for London hotels - none of them are big. And that is to be expected. Having said that, the bathroom was really nice, the bed very comfortable, and very clean . Breakfast was absolutely incredible and totally worth every penny with lots of hot options. Wonderful variety of things. The hotel itself is very pretty as far as the lobby and there's an outdoor seating area that we actually utilized quite a lot even...

“직원분들 친절함. 감시당하는 느낌도 없고 넓은 방 넓은 욕실도 좋았음. 2존 구역 내에서 착한가격도 좋았고, 다만 지저분한 커피포트와 오래된 침구류. 작동안되는 냉장고. 또 다시 이용할 생각있음.”

“이 가격에 이 위치에 이 정도 청결이면 전반적으로 매우 만족합니다. 방은 작았지만 혼자 지내기엔 충분했습니다. 뜨거운 물도 잘 나왔고요. 다만 수건 관련해서 조금 청결에 예민하신 분들은 따로 챙겨오시는 걸 추천드립니다. 두개 중 한 개에서 조금 냄새가 났었습니다.”

“이 호텔 투윈룸에 5일을 숙박했다. 이 호텔의 룸은 작었지만 깨끗하고 관리가 잘 되어 있었다. 직원들은 매우 친절하였다. 호텔주변에 2개의 지하철역이 있어서 주요 관광지에 이동이 쉬웠다. 또 캔싱턴 가든과 노팅힐은 걸어서 갈 수 있었다. 엘리베이터가 없어서 걱정했는데 무거운 캐리어를 방까지 옮겨 주었다. 다시한번 감사드린다.또 체크아웃후에도 편안한 휴게실을 사용할 수 있었다. 절반적으로 만족하며 추천한다.”
