"The room size was great, full kitchen and 1.5 baths. Needs updating though...damaged tiles, squeaky doors and dishwasher door. Very difficult to reach the front desk by phone but staff was friendly when they answered. Restaurant service and food was great! I asked for a room with a nice view, it was our 10th anniversary...we were overlooking the roof of the restrooms near the Chicken Walk... disappointing but we got the 3rd floor which was nice."

The staff was consistently warm and welcoming—Emily, in particular, went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and the outdoor pool was impressively well maintained.
