Everything was EXCELLENT!! The room and hallway was SPOTLESS!!! Smelled really clean!! Room was on the fourth floor and at night, early morning there would be an annoying noise coming from what we believe the roof. Other than that I would definitely book again!!

Unfortunately, this was out of our control and we tried to contact as many guests as possible to inform them of the situation. Everything about this location was better than expected. Only thing we did not like was Fox News on TVs in Breakfast area. Heard others around us that were also upset with that.

Hampton Inn Suites Flint/Grand Blanc
The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful when available. We arrived about 7 PM on a Friday night and there was no one at front desk to check us in. I tried calling the hotel and no one answered the phone. We found one of the cleaning staff and he found someone to check us in. Ended up waiting 20+ minutes. Not good for my husband who is disabled. Other than that the stay was fine.

All staff members were attentive, cordial and polite. Interactions with customers was with genuine concern that their stay was as pleasant as possible. Julie in the breakfast room went above and beyond that guests had a great spread of food to start their morning and it was well prepared, clean and excellent conversation.

Staff was very, very nice at check-in. We talked with one of the room cleaning staff in the hall as we were heading to our room and she went out of her way to let us know if we needed anything she would be glad to help.

I wish I had known about this hotel before staying at Comfort Inn back in 2022. The properties are like night and day! This hotel exceeded all of my expectations! Friendly staff, clean and hood free breakfast. Won’t find that at ANY Comfort Inn!! Trust me!

Very clean and friendly. There was construction on my floor in the hallway and no one mentioned it ahead of time. There were paint chips all over the hallway floor.

The staff was amazing. Super helpful and very friendly. I was there for a conference, and they also gave me directions. The hotel breakfast was really good, and everything was clean and new.
