The property was beautiful and convenient, but there was a terrible odor coming from the shower, and the air conditioner only worked intermittently. The front desk workers were also not very friendly.

Because of the different levels our room was like a suite. With only 9 rooms in the palazzo it feels very exclusive. On any subsequent trips to Florence I would make it my first choice.

We had the Tower Suite for 3 nights and then spent 2 more nights in a regular room. Fantastic views of Florence from the private tower 53 steps up! Very cool elevator too!

Great location, convenient and walkable to many main attractions. Room and bathroom were both spacious and beautiful. Very quiet, we didn’t hear any outside noise or traffic. Breakfast was well worth it. Would definitely stay again!

This place is gorgeous and the staff so helpful. I loved it and would definitely stay here again when in Florence. Music in the breakfast room and scents from the shop downstairs 'Acqua Flor' are amazing touches.

What a hidden gem. Absolutely charming, extremely clean, I did arrive late at night and it was very easy to access my room after the reception was closed. The room had every amenity and it was absolutely lovely. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful room, great location!

Beautiful hotel with friendly, attentive staff! Great location, walkable to everything we wanted to see and do! Room was absolutely beautiful. Suggestions: please give out 2 hotel keys because key controls lights. Also, instructions in the room for how to use sauna we paid extra for would be helpful—we could never figure it out, even after asking. Overall, a wonderful stay!

Perfect spot! If you want to be right in the middle of all the tourist attractions/locations, this is the spot. We were at most 15 min walking distance to all the major attractions that Florence has to offer. High recommend. The staff and hotel are great!

We stayed here on the last day of our two weeks in Italy and loved it. The cool quiet space was a wonderful reprieve from the heat and it is right in the heart of the old city so there is so much to see within steps of the front door. The building itself is really interesting and has been updated with all the latest comforts. Wish we had spent more time here!

This is a beautiful and charming boutique hotel. Our room was huge and beautifully decorated. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent, on a quiet street, but close to lots of restaurants and other attractions. We especially loved breakfast on the rooftop and the lovely interior courtyard at the entrance. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again.

Lovely boutique hotel in Florence

Very elegant hotel in the Santa Croce neighborhood. Close to all of the attractions, but quiet at night. They have a valet if you’re bringing a car, you just need to inform them of your arrival time as there is no parking on the street. They serve breakfast in a cute little room, but you need to inform them the day before if you would like it as it’s continental only and brought in the day of. The furnishings are lovely, the bed comfortable and the staff very friendly. I would definitely stay again.

Excellent location and stay in Florence. My husband and I stayed in the tower suite and the view was unbelievable. There is a long spiral staircase with many stairs to get to the tower view so keep that in mind if you are considering that room. Overall, our room was beautiful and clean. Would highly recommend.
