It made me feel that I had to creep quietly around my room so I wouldn't disturb anyone else. The other thing I found annoying is when you check in they're asking you to tip the house cleaning people. It's not like someone is carrying my bags to my room or doing anything else yet they expect you to tip?...

"This hotel is tucked-away and up a short, steep driveway. We had been on the road for several days before arriving, and this spot had more personality than other places we stayed. We had one of the upstairs rooms that contained a large Jacuzzi bath, and that was a treat after a long day of driving. The disadvantage of that amenity was the room is a bit small for it, so it was cramped; but the pay-off of the hot bath made it worthwhile.
