"The property was old but was updated very nicely.　　The room was clean and bed was comfortable.　　　The check-in and check-out were smooth but the staff was very dry, not a moment of smile nor any pleasant greetings."

"Checking in before we arrived was very simple. The lady on the front desk was wonderful (April 14th). The room was clean and breakfast was adequate. Parking was wonderful."

"We always make our reservation in advance and I would highly recommend you do that. When we arrived at 7 pm the hotel was full with no more vacancies. That gives you an idea of all aspects of the hotel-excellent! PS: The breakfast buffet has something for everyone including make-your-own waffles. There are hot foods, cold foods, oatmeal w toppings, bagels w cream cheese, muffins and much more. There is an attendant to insure visitors they have everything they need. The coffee bar is complete w everything coffee, teas and hot chocolate packets. Gee, I’m hungry just telling you about the Park Inn breakfast! Go check it out!"

"Very disappointed in this “High End/High Priced Hilton property. The room and especially the bathroom was small. Strong odor of mildew. A/C unit did not run consistently. Wood molding around the windows was rotted out. Carpet was old, worn and stained. No refrigerator or microwave. Dinner at the restaurant was dismal. My had roasted chicken that was old and over cooked. Her MacnCheese had a funky overly sweet taste. The only thing she liked were the 3 Brussels sprouts. I had all night intestinal distress from a spinach salad with a small piece of salmon. Top this off by the restaurant charging us $10 for two to go coffees from a pot that had been sitting there for hours. We tossed them before we got to the car. There’s a new Hyatt Place less than a block away. Save your $$$ and stay there."

"Not enough food we came down at 8:30 most of the breakfast items were gone. It was a long line for one waffle machine ended up passing on that and no hot water for tea. Our air conditioner in the room was broken, the staff offered to change our room. we were already undressed and getting into bed. we had a long day travel from Florida. The managing staff was very kind about adding 15, 000 points to my choice rewards for the inconveniences of a room with no ventilation or air. "
