Primeramente, el hotel cuenta con una excelente ubicación con Supermercado y Farmacia a 50 mts. Rápida llegada a Playa ingleses: 4 minutos caminando. Centro de ingleses a 10 minutos caminando. Excelente trato y calidez del personal del hotel en todas sus áreas. Extraordinario desayuno! Con menú variado, completo y rico. Las instalaciones del hotel así como los espacios verdes, piscinas, área para chicos en perfecto estado. 100% recomendable, con seguridad volvería. Ambiente familiar y tranquilo para desconectarse.

Minha estadia foi muito boa, sempre vamos para este hotel e somos muito bem atendidos por todos funcionários. O hotel precisa de manutenção nos ar condicionados que fazem muito barulho, no quarto que estávamos o chuveiro e o frigobar fazia um barulho muito alto, mas prontamente o pessoal da recepção nos trocou de quarto. A internet achei ruim, tive que trabalhar home e não consegui pela internet do hotel.

Hotel com ótimo potencial

No geral foi muito bom. O hotel tem um potencial pra ser referência, com excelente espaço nas áreas comuns e quartos. Oferece café da manhã e estacionamento grátis que são itens diferenciais comparados aos demais hotéis na região. Em termos de localização fica uns 20 minutos do centro de Florianópolis, porém a 2 minutos da praia andando. Entretanto, o cuidado e zelo com a estrutura acredito que deixou a desejar, lâmpadas e lustres quebrados nas áreas externas, a quadra de tênis com mato crescendo. A impressão causada é de hotel abandonado. Apesar desse detalhe achamos o custo benefício muito vantajoso e nos hospedaríamos outras vezes com certeza.

Bom, no geral.

Viajei com uma tia e ficamos hospedadas a partir de 39/09 até 05/10. O ponto forte é a simpatia dos funcionários e atenção. Uma melhor análise é prejudicada em virtude de hotel ter sido reaberto recentemente, em razão do Corona Vírus, não estava com a capacidade total de atendimento, não podendo efetuar o serviço diário de limpeza (apesar de sempre nos perguntarem sobre a necessidade) e, outros, como restaurante e bar.. No primeiro dia, tivemos problema com o armário, não tinha como colocar roupas em cabides (era estilo prateleiras), o vaso sanitário estava com problema e o AR-condicionado não ligava. Porém, assim que comunicamos, prontamente fomos atendidas e nos mudaram de apartamento e ficamos bem melhor acomodadas

Muito bom com ressalvas

Os atendentes são muito simpáticos e atenciosos, não sei o que eles passam no chão do quarto quando fazem a limpeza que os pés da gente fica pregando no chão. O hotel está precisando de uma repaginada e modernizada (as luminárias na cabeceira da cama atrapalham encostar na parede e ficam muito em cima dos olhos). O café da manhã é simplesmente maravilhoso com muita diversidade de alimentos e com ótimas frutas....
