I was really happy here. The location is great for walking to restaurants and shopping. It's near the 15th of November Plaza which is a beautiful place to sit, relax, people watch. The staff was nice and helpful. On the negative side; wi-fi was pretty bad and the television too BUT who comes to a beautiful city to sit in a hotel room.

Os funcionários são muito simpáticos e solícitos, mas as instalações do hotel não estão nas melhores condições. O ar condicionado não regulava a temperatura (ficava muito frio a noite), papel higiênico bem ruim e a cama era bem dura.

Bem localizado, pessoal prestativo, bom atendimento. As instalações que deixaram a desejar. Quarto muito antigo, corredores com cheiro de mofo, cama não mt confortável. Peguei um quarto de frente pra rua e achei bastante barulhento. Talvez valha a pena pelo preço e porque peguei apenas uma diária. Mas não ficaria mais tempo que isso.
